A stunning original french trade sign reading (Fabrique De Stores Et Abat Jour) (Fabric stores) Bow fronted sheet metal with heavy bound metal framework with thick rivets. Hand written signwriting on a beautiful maroon background. Top relief with gold filigree work and banding. Beautifully made sign with lovely patina which would of adored a stunning french period building. circa late 1800s early 1900s.
