Cast iron brass blades fan made by the Ercole Marelli company founded in Milan in 1891.
Beautiful fan polished, rewired and fully serviced including the oil reservoirs. This is an early example with a 6 digit serial number on the base 006-517. The first 2 numbers denotes the year so this is 1900. Early ercole fans didn't come with a name badge on the cage, they had a tag round the neck but this has gone along time ago. Beautiful fan ready to go.
